Participants are expected to arrive on Thursday, May 5th and depart on Saturday May 7th.
Once a registration form is received, a hotel room will be booked for you, based on double occupancy. The costs of the hotel room and tax for the two nights will be paid for by Smith & Nephew Inc. You will be asked, however, to provide a credit card when you check into the hotel to cover any incidental charges you incur during your stay.
